This is a very good quality barbell. I’ve used various bars for weightlifting including rogues. This is the by far the best for the value. This bar will be sufficient for anybody unless you are going to compete in olympics. Very happy with my purchase. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Yao. Highly recommend for anyone looking.
